Fashion Technology Park has built strong partner relationships with majors in order to bring the right solution to the right place at the right time for the fashion industry. We utilize these partnerships to keep our processes and knowledge at the highest level across all paradigms, which allow us to make the proper decisions with our clients for their advantage. They have partnered with us to find innovative ways to help fashion industry reach their full potential.

Fashion Technology Park has signed Memorandum of Understanding with the following institutes/organizations:

Fashion Design Council of Canada, Toronto:

FDCC is a national Canadian organization dedicated to branding fashion in Canada. Since 1999, this non-profit organization has focused its energy on high-quality events, publicity and membership. Apart from L’Oreal Fashion Week, it also takes part in global events to enhance the knowledge and awareness of the Canadian fashion design industry. The FDCC comprises of a Board of Directors which seats successful and nationally recognized Canadian fashion and business executives.

China Fashion Association, Beijing:

China Fashion Association (CFA) is a national social organization composed of designers, academicians, technique experts, brand experts, column editors and fashion models in garments and fashion industry. The CFA is headquartered in Beijing.

CFA is devoted to industry promotion and social service, respecting and protecting originator's Intellectual Property Rights. CFA pays high attention to talent education and professional training.

China Fashion Association is very active in international communication and cooperation. CFA has successively established bilateral cooperation relationship with garments and fashion organizations from France, Italy, England, Germany, Spain, America, Japan, Korea, India and Singapore.

Beijing Clothing & Textile Trade Association, Beijing:

Beijing Clothing and Textile Association was founded in 1984. Its purpose is to: promote the development of Beijing's garment industry for government and industry and to provide related services. Beijing Clothing and the Textile Trade association is expected to make a mark in the industry and will be driving force for garment industry associations to become truly representative and protector of the interests of the enterprises.

China Wool Textile Association, Beijing:

China Wool Textile Association (CWTA), a national social organization of Chinese wool textile industry, was founded in Nov. 1995 with its secretariat in Beijing. CWTA became a member of International Wool Textile Organization (IWTO) in March, 1998, on behalf of China wool industry. At present there are more than 300 members of CWTA, 280 of which are manufacturing enterprises dealing in products of Yarns, worsted fabric, woolen fabric, knitwear, blanket, fake fur and so on. CWTA represents Chinese wool industry to a great extent and its influence is expanding year by year.

With China's accession to WTO and acceleration of global economic integration and trade liberalization, CWTA will provide better service to wool textile enterprises and promote cooperation between Chinese and world textile industry.

Ludhiana Integrated Textile Park:

Ludhiana Integrated Textile Park located in Ludhiana - the textile hub of Punjab, is being developed to serve as one of the important manufacturing centers of the country for knitwear and textiles. The Park would accommodate industrial units engaged in the manufacturing of hosiery & knitwear. The park proposes to provide world class infrastructure facilities for the manufacturing organizations such as roads, water, power supply, sewerage system, common effluent treatment plant etc.

Knitwear Club:

Knitwear Club situated in Ludhiana, the textile hub of Punjab, is an association of Knitwear and allied industry. It was established in 1984 and was registered under Societies Registration Act (xxi of 1860) and was amended by Punjab Amendment Act 1957. It now has support and patronage of about 500 members as its direct members, and another 500 members of other associations who are under the umbrella of Knitwear Club as associate members. The Knitwear Club is a non-profit making body governed by an elected team of office-bearers and nominated executive members. Wholly devoted to the growth of the Knitwear and allied industry, the activities of the club are of socio-commercial in nature. The requirements of the industry; be it fiscal, technical or commercial are highlighted at the appropriate platform and pursued with respective government agencies. Seminars, lectures, training programs, exhibitions and workshops are also an important part of Club activities.

Shawl Club (India):

Shawl Club (India), representing its members, is an association of shawl manufacturers of WOOLMARK Licensees of International Wool Secretariat (IWS)/WOOLMARK Company. Its members are based mainly in the cities of Ludhiana and Amritsar. The Club was formed with the aim of promoting WOOLMARK symbol in domestic as well as in international markets. The requirements of the industry; be it fiscal, technical or commercial are highlighted at the appropriate platform and pursued with respective government agencies. Seminars, lectures, training programs, exhibitions and workshops are also an important part of Club activities.

M/s Pradeep and Mala Sinha (Bodhi Textiles), Vadodara:

‘M/s Pradeep and Mala Sinha’ is a textile design studio and workshop. Ms. Mala Sinha is a textile designer and one of the Directors of the company. The designs created and printed by ‘M/s Pradeep and Mala Sinha’ are Ms Mala’s personal expression and reflect both modernity and the Indian ethos.

‘M/s Pradeep and Mala Sinha’ is a fine example of the blend of traditional processes supported by sound technology, conservation of resources, innovation and ecological concerns.

Munch Design Workshop Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore:

The Munch Design Workshop is a young Design Company with a vision of providing top-quality solutions in the creative spectrum of Apparel & Accessories and promoting India’s capabilities as BPO destination. The striking emergence of design as a source of comparative advantage for Indian apparel and related industries in the world market is why the promoters of the visionary garment manufacturing company, decided to back Munch Design Workshop.

Munch is a platform which nurtures and showcases budding talent in the field of design. Textile Manufacturers’ Association (Regd.), Amritsar:

The Textile Manufacturers’ Association (Regd.) is a representative body of various segments of the textile industry in Amritsar. The segments of textile industry includes warp knitting units, dyeing and printing units, power loom units, embroidery units, shawl and blankets manufacturing units.

ESMOD Fashion University Network, Paris:

ESMOD International Fashion School, Paris is world’s first fashion university. ESMOD is a 145-year-old art and fashion institute, which has produced leading fashion designers across the globe. It had tied up with 22 countries across the globe and now Fashion Technology Park is another addition to its list.

RMIT UNIVERSITY:


RMIT University is Australia’s one of the leading educational institutions, producing some of Australia’s most employable graduates. RMIT is an innovative, global university, with its heart in the city of Melbourne. It has an international reputation for excellence in work-relevant education and high quality research which is engaged with the needs of industry and community.
More than 950 higher education and vocational education programs are offered across a broad range of fields. Many specialist programs are regarded as among the best of their type in Australia.

Punjab Agricultural University:


Business School of Fashion, the nucleus of the Fashion Technology Park and Department of Clothing & Textiles, College of Home Science, PAU have come to an understanding to promote teaching, research, training, exchange of information and technology among themselves as a mutual concern.
