The FTP will be developed on 14 acres of prime land located in Sector 90, Mohali. The Project site is located on the Sohana Landran Road and is well connected to various key locations in the city. Recognised as the key growth vector for Chandigarh, Mohali is apt for a development catering to the knowledge-based industries as it has, in recent times witnessed a lot of high quality development activity

Proposed as an integrated development catering to the fashion industry's requirements as a 'one-stop-solution', the Project would be developed on a commercially self-sustaining format. The FTP would be a state-of-the-art development matching international standards with landscaped open areas and circulation spaces. Considering India's long heritage in textile industry and traditional creativity, the Fashion Technology Park aims to propel the Indian fashion industry to the world's center-stage.

  • Fashion Technology Park is the first of its kind 11, 72,000 sq. feet Industrial Knowledge Park as defined by Asian Development Bank (2001) with attributes of US (LEED) Green Building norms. We are aiming at Gold category award.
  • Light weight European style fibrous blocks in place of bricks in the outer walls. Glass and windows are designed to reduce heat and cold traveling by 66%.
