Certificate course in Surface Embellishments:
Eligibility : No formal Qualification
Duration : 6 Months
Batch : 60
Objective : Sill up gradation of Women by specialized training in Surface Embellishments and Embroideries. The Women can be engaged in various Boutiques, Industries and Export houses for providing high quality Artisan Work.

- Basic Fabric Knowledge
- Theory on Indian and Western Embroideries
- Basic Hand Stitches
- Practical on Traditional Indian Embroideries
- Basic Stitching, Machine Embroidery & Maintenance
- Basic Designing & Knowledge on other Surface ornamentation techniques
- Tracing and “Adda”/ Frame Preparation
- Specialized Training on Zardozi, Bead Work, Mirror Work etc.
- Collection Development on Specialized Embroidery /Embellishments
- Training for setting up their own Embroidery work at home

Certificate course in “PHULKARI CRAFT”
Eligibility : Open to All learners
Duration : 6 Months
Batch : 60
Objective : To encourage people develop skills for extinct and highly demanding Traditional craft “ Phulkari” from Punjab.
Course Content:
Basic Fabric Knowledge
History of Phulkari
Basic Stitches
Basic Designing, Tracing and Frame Preparation
Practical on various types of Phulkari embroidery
Develop one complete product on Phulkari Craft
Application of Phulkari on new products
Review of Individual Performance
Certificate course in “ADVANCED SEWING FOR HOME TEXTILES”:
Eligibility : Open to All learners
Duration : 6 Months
Batch : 60
Objective : To engage and develop “SKILLED STITCHER” required for the grooming Home Textile Industry.
Course Content:
- Knowledge of Sewing machine (All types)
- Maintenance of machines
- Practical on different type of Machine stitches
- Stitching and cutting practice on various surfaced cloth
- Surface Techniques for home textiles
- Quilting techniques
- Application of multiple types of stitches on complete product Range
- Finishing techniques and Packaging
Basic Course in CAD:
Eligibility : 10+2
Duration : 6 Months
Batch : 15
Objective : To provide Basic Knowledge of CAD
POLICY FOR OPERATION (All Courses):
- The course will operate on a Rotation of 2 Months
- Parent income is less than 1 Lack annually.
- Preference will be given to Women who are less qualified (10, 10+2 pass)
- All candidates will be awarded with a Certificate after completion of the course.
- Three best collections will get a special award
- Women below 18 years of age will not be entitled for a job.
- 4 seats can be provided to male Learners.
